Small Animal Veterinarian – Seattle, WA
A veterinary practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals. The role is suitable for experienced veterinarians as well as qualified new graduates and offers a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care, professional development, and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide medical, surgical, dental, and preventive care
- Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret clinical findings
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and follow-up plans to clients
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care when appropriate
- Recommend referral to specialists when clinically indicated
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and client-service staff
- Provide clinical guidance and support to other team members
- Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development
- Follow applicable medical, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
