How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with a passion for social responsibility and sports. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that align with OCBC's values and goals. You'll need to be able to build strong relationships, think creatively, and drive results.
What you do
CSR & Community Engagement
Coordinate and support the implementation of #OCBCCares programmes and community initiatives.
Liaise with CSR partners and social service agencies to organise volunteer activities and outreach programmes.
Support employee volunteerism efforts, including volunteer recruitment, registration, communications and event logistics.
Track programme participation, volunteer hours, beneficiary outcomes and other key metrics.
Prepare programme reports, post-event evaluations, stories and impact updates.
Administration & Communications
Assist with budget tracking, procurement and payment processing.
Prepare presentations, reports and communication materials.
Maintain programme databases and documentation.
Support social media and internal communications related to CSR and sports initiatives.
Who you are
A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or social sciences
At least 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sports management, or a related field
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to think strategically and drive results
Passion for social responsibility and sports development
Strong network of contacts in the sports and social responsibility sectors
