Presentation Creation
Works with cross-functional service delivery teams in India to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate presentation decks.
Create a standard presentation template to report operational performance across Service Delivery unit. Publish performance timely or at a designated frequency. Work on adhoc presentation projects and translate requirements into visually appealing presentation.
Performance Reporting, Dashboard Creation
Should have a working knowledge of Advanced Excel
Ability to represent data and trends in easy-to-read graphical format
Ability to create reports, dashboards to publish performance scores
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong logical and analytical skillsets
