What you’ll do:
In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our Service Centers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Addressing Service Center inquiries, investigating service issues, order processing, expediting / returns
- Processing Freight Claims
- Assist with resolving inbound vendor issues
- Help with inventory issues as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year customer service. Call Center experience helpful.
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
- This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
