Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and delivery-focused Product Orchestrator to work closely with the Product Owner to manage the implementation and ongoing evolution of Veeva CRM Events Management capabilities. This role will act as the central point of coordination across Product, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, alignment on scope, and transparency on timelines and progress.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end orchestration of Veeva CRM Events Management implementations, ensuring alignment across product, delivery, and business teams.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones across dependent systems.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, developers, QA, integration teams, and external vendors.
Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and escalation as needed.
Ensure delivery adheres to Agile or hybrid methodologies, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog priorities align with delivery timelines and business objectives.
Track and manage key deliverables including requirements, design artifacts, testing milestones, and deployment readiness.
Ensure appropriate documentation and communication across all phases of delivery.
Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or technical analysis roles.
Experience driving status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Experience coordinating across multiple IT domains (e.g., application development, integrations, data, infrastructure).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
Experience with delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated environment requiring strong governance, privacy, compliance, and separation of promotional and non-promotional activities are preferred
Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Veeva CRM, are preferred
