A Day at MKS – Senior Sales Representative (Remote, Poland)

We are looking for our future Senior Sales Representative to join MKS ATOTECH, based in Poznań, working remotely to support customers across Poland. While our expertise lies in electrochemistry and electroplating, we’re now opening this opportunity to candidates with backgrounds in chemical sales, industrial chemicals, or laboratory work who are ready to pivot into a dynamic sales career.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering technical support, driving customer engagement, and expanding our market presence. You’ll collaborate with our local and international teams across sales, logistics, R&D, and chemical operations, reporting directly to our Sales Business Manager.

You will make an impact by:

• Building strong relationships with existing customers and supporting them with technical and commercial solutions

• Actively acquiring new customers across Poland

• Analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities

• Managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact and quoting to negotiation and delivery

• Providing post-sales support and nurturing long-term partnerships

• Maintaining accurate records and reports in our CRM system

Your skills:

• We welcome candidates from diverse technical and commercial backgrounds:

• Education: Higher technical education preferred (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology)

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in chemical sales, industrial chemicals, or laboratory work

  • Knowledge of electrochemistry, electroplating, or surface treatment is a strong asset

  • B2B sales experience and negotiation skills are a plus

• Languages: Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities

• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)

• Other: Valid Category B driving license
