［任职资格］
教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、数学等相关专业。
工作经验：具有3年以上人工智能软件开发相关工作经验；有制造型企业（尤其是汽车行业）AI项目落地经验者优先。
专业技能要求：
基础理论：深入理解神经网络基本原理（如CNN、RNN、Transformer架构），熟悉反向传播、激活函数、优化器等核心机制，并能针对业务场景进行模型选型与调优。 编程与框架：精通Python及常用数据科学库（Pandas、NumPy、Scikit-learn）；精通PyTorch或TensorFlow深度学习框架；熟悉Linux开发环境及基本Shell脚本。 大模型与生成式AI：深入理解RAG（检索增强生成）全链路技术，熟悉向量数据库（如Milvus/Qdrant）的使用；有实际的大模型微调（SFT/LoRA）、提示词工程和智能体（Agent）开发经验（熟悉LangChain/LlamaIndex/Dify等框架） 机器视觉：熟悉OpenCV，掌握经典目标检测模型（如：Unet、YOLO等系列）的原理及应用；了解模型量化、TensorRT等边缘端部署技术。 数据库与数据管道：熟悉SQL语言，了解Oracle、Hana、MSSQL、MySQL、PostgreSQL、等关系型数据库；有与BI/数据仓库对接的经验，理解ETL流程。
能力要求：
具备独立完成从需求分析、数据准备、模型选型、开发训练到生产环境部署的全链路能力。 具备优秀的沟通能力和需求分析能力，能将模糊的业务问题（如“提高质检效率”、“让知识库更智能”）转化为具体的技术方案。 能在有限资源下独立推进项目，具备极强的问题解决能力和动手意愿（能接受去生产车间现场调试）。 具有良好的代码编程习惯及技术文档编写能力。
［主要岗位职责］
1．流程及制度
1）编制AI项目开发、模型管理、数据标注及AI系统运维相关的管理流程与制度
2．信息系统规划
1）参与公司AI应用及数据智能规划方案的编制与讨论，为AI技术选型提供专业建议
3．大模型应用开发（知识库与智能体）
1）负责企业内部知识库系统的架构设计与落地，解决文档解析、知识切分、向量检索和语义重排等关键问题
2）负责基于大语言模型的智能体（Agent）设计与开发，利用工具调用（Function Calling）实现AI与内部系统（如MES、ERP）的交互
3）跟踪和反馈实施效果
4．机器视觉系统开发（缺陷检测）
1）负责生产线视觉检测需求的评估、方案设计及实施
2）负责图像数据的采集、标注指导、模型训练、优化及准确率提升
3）负责将视觉模型进行量化压缩，并部署到车间边缘端设备（如工控机）上稳定运行
5.项目实施与运维
1）负责AI项目的全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、开发实施、上线培训及持续运维
2）跟踪AI领域前沿技术发展，定期评估并引入适合公司业务的新技术、新工具
6．合规与安全
1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业有关网络安全、数据隐私和AI伦理的法规和政策
2）在AI开发中严格执行公司信息安全与数据保护制度，确保AI系统与模型的安全可靠。
3）主动识别并报告系统中的安全隐患，积极参与安全培训
7．领导交办的其他业务
