As a School Bus Driver, you'll do more than operate a vehicle-you'll be a trusted Christian guardian of our students' daily journeys. Your role directly supports student success by giving families peace of mind and helping our school run smoothly.
Expectations:
- Safely operate a school bus to and from designated locations, following all traffic laws and district safety protocols.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in safe operating condition.
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus.
- Maintain order and a positive atmosphere on the bus, using respectful communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Adjust schedules as needed due to traffic, weather, or special events.
- Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements
Provide the following:
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements-or willingness to obtain with our training support.
- A clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous professional driving experience preferred.
