  • Collaborating with Faculties, Institutes and central engagement teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality school engagement experiences.

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support student pathways, aspiration-building initiatives, and UQ's equity, access and participation objective

About You

You are a highly organised and relationship-focused professional who enjoys bringing people together, coordinating meaningful projects, and delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by work that creates positive outcomes for students and schools.

You will also have:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  • Experience coordinating programs, events, engagement initiatives or partnership activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing communications and stakeholder materials for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other digital systems.

  • A commitment to excellence, equity, access and participation, aligned with UQ's values and The Queensland Commitment.
