We are looking for you! As a Global Data Steward, you will define and manage functional data domains within the LIMS & ELN platform. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the global data model, ensuring effective configuration, governance, data quality, user adoption, and training across the organization. Working closely with stakeholders worldwide, you will drive the standardization, usability, and continuous improvement of data domains that support critical business processes on a global scale.
This role ensures that their domains reflect established ways of working, supports R&D execution, and integrates seamlessly with related domains and systems.

- Drive the development, testing and implementation of the LIMS & ELN platform of the domains.
- Collaborate with other global data stewards, administrators and the vendor to ensure strong end-to-end data flows
- Work with local superusers to support training, adoption and correct usage
- Continue developing the platform domains after implementation based on business requirements and strategy.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
- Act as subject-matter expert for the domain during audits, inspections, and reviews
Here’s what it takes to become our next team member.
- 3+ years of experience in R&D, laboratory, or technical environments
- Strong understanding of structured data and domain workflows
- Experience working in global, matrix organizations
- Experience with LIMS, ELN, or comparable enterprise platforms are advantageous
You will bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability, combined with a keen focus on data quality and usability. You will be able to translate ways of working into effective digital structures and will be comfortable making decisions independently while collaborating with stakeholders when required. You will thrive in a complex, global environment, building strong relationships through clear communication and effective collaboration. Your ability to navigate across functions and cultures will enable you to drive alignment, continuous improvement, and meaningful business impact.
