We are seeking a talented individual to join our TE2A(Innovation) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Noida/Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Engage effectively with our counterparts in the Dublin and Cluj AI teams.
• Operationalize prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.
• Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
• Thrive as a collaborate developer in an Agile environment.
• Embrace a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and maintain best practice development frameworks and standards, such as Prompt Engineering.
• Develop practices and guidelines to improve consistency and reuse of solutions.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Bachelor’s or Masters in AI/ML
• 9+ years of experience 
• Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
• Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
• Experience with or knowledge of Python
• Strong comprehension of restful APIs
• A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
• Knowledge on LLM's
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge on RAG
