For our financial department we are currently looking for the Accounts Receivable Senior Team Leader, who will be part of the AR Team responsible for AR in KION Business Services. The person will take the responsibility for managing and leading the Team and Team Leaders, its effectiveness and efficiency.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsabilities:
Graduated (Bachelor, Master or similar) in Business / Finance with focus on Accounting
You’ll be responsible for managing and leading assigned CoE AR teams,
You’ll drive your teams' and Team Leaders' performance in terms of effectiveness and efficiency including process improvements,
You’ll be responsible for understanding of and compliance with the agreed policies and procedures by team members in the delivery of services across the KION Group,
You will be responsible for a team of around 40 people and for the services they provide on a daily basis,
You will cooperate with Team, Team Leaders, Service Delivery Managers and OU’s in the Accounts Receivable area to deliver best results

You’ll support and develop the teams in the Business Transformation project,
You’ll support and develop the teams through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews,
You’ll monitor, interpret and report teams key performance indicators,
You’ll coordinate, evaluate and supervise the implementation of process improvements within the Accounts Receivable area,
You’ll resolve OU’s queries relating to AR processes as specified by relevant SLAs/KPIs,
You’ll support internal/external audit requirements in respect of CoE AR processes.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Professional experience in area of Finance and Accounting (min. 5 years), especially Accounts Receivable,
Graduated (Bachelor, Master, or similar) in Business / Finance with a focus on Accounting,
At least 3 years of people management experience,
Knowledge of standard business processes and software, e.g. SAP, Microsoft Excel
Good communication and presentation skills, readiness to lead discussions with Group Leadership Team,
Fluent in Business English,
Profound organizational skills and ability to set right priorities,
Strong social competences and open minded approach,
Maintain a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
