Description
As a Sample Store & Process Manager, you will play a key role within the Customer Supply Chain (CSC) organization, overseeing the Nexperia Sample Store while driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across CSC and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient sample inventory management, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and leading process improvement projects that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and contribute to strategic initiatives that support Nexperia's commitment to operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Sample Store Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nexperia Sample Store.
Monitor inventory levels and replenishment planning to ensure product availability.
Track and report Sample Store performance metrics.
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new functionalities and enhancements for the Sample Store.
Process Improvement & Project Management
Identify opportunities to improve CSC and business processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
Lead and participate in supply chain and customer excellence projects from initiation through implementation and project closure.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Governance & Compliance
Support annual audit programs, including IATF and customer MMOG requirements.
Maintain and update process documentation and standard work instructions to reflect current processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with CSC, SCM, and other business functions to align priorities and deliver project objectives.
Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Drive cross-functional alignment and manage project portfolios to support business goals.
What You'll Need
Experience & Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of supply chain experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience within Customer Supply Chain (CSC), Customer Service, or a related operational environment.
Experience managing process improvement and cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and customer service operations.
Knowledge of business processes, KPIs, standard work procedures, and operational excellence methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
Strong project and portfolio management capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
