Janitor (Part Time)

If you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming, our part time Janitor position might be the right fit for you! You'll play an important role in maintaining safe and comfortable facilities for employees, clients, and visitors. Every day, you'll help create an environment that reflects care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JANITOR

As a Janitor, you'll start your day by checking schedules and preparing supplies to keep things running smoothly. You'll sweep, mop, and sanitize high-traffic areas, ensuring that offices, restrooms, and common spaces are spotless and ready for use. You'll manage waste removal, restock supplies, and promptly report any maintenance issues you notice. You'll also lend support to other departments, such as contents or HVAC, when needed. Your consistency, reliability, and pride in your work will ensure everyone who walks through the door experiences a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant cleaning, janitorial, or environmental experience
• Experience using commercial cleaning products and equipment, preferred
• Proficient in using mobile devices and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency and quality in all tasks
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract, as required
• Fit test and other safety certifications
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
