What We Are Looking For
We are expanding our administrative team and looking for detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerks who thrive in a fast-paced environment. While automotive dealership experience is a huge plus, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong general bookkeeping or administrative skills.
- Role Type: Full-time; Monday thru Friday 11am to 8pm every other Saturday 8am to 5pm
- Key Traits: High accuracy, and strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Billing: Accurately process and bill out new and pre-owned vehicle deals, including payoffs, warranty registrations, and DMV paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Department, F&I Managers, and the Accounting Office to ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process for our customers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience as a Dealership Biller, Automotive Billing Clerk, or strong office administration/accounting background is helpful but not required.
- Tech Skills: Computer literacy with strong 10-key/data entry accuracy;
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy with numbers, data entry, and paperwork.
- Communication: Professional, positive, and clear communication skills with customers and coworkers.
- Adaptability: A punctual, dependable nature with the flexibility to handle a dynamic, energetic dealership floor.
