Job Summary
As the Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering an unmatched ownership experience through personalized client engagement and seamless collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Engage prospective clients through events, digital channels, and referrals working alongside our Florida East Team.
- Lead the Sales & Brokerage Administrator Program & Team
- Onboard new Sales Directors, Brokers & Support Staff
- Develop and manage Data Entry Specialist & Support Interns
- Salesforce/Account Engagement/Maps/Windfall training program- ongoing
- Monitor Marketing and Sales KPIs
Market Strategy: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences in the luxury yacht segment.
- Point person to Salesforce and Salesforce Consultants
- CRM Management (Salesforce, Pardot and Maps) to generate, distribute, and report on leads
- Campaign Management: Improve and develop current lead generation campaigns; strategize for future campaigns.
Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, owners, and representatives. Uphold brand standards in all client interactions, communications, and events.
Collaboration: Communicate with Hinckley Yacht locations and internal teams to streamline sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the yachting and boating industry.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Prior experience in the luxury market (a plus).
