Field Supervisor – HVAC Service (National Accounts)
Reports to: National Account Service Program Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor for our National Account’s Team. This hybrid role would include OEM Factory Start-up and field management of larger projects along the East Coast. The candidate must be experienced in commercial HVAC environment (AAON) with excellent communication and teaming skills. Position is remote, requires travel and a high level of correspondence with sales team, customers, service partners and the operations team. This is a full-time opportunity for an energetic go-getter with career growth mindset and desires. Leadership Responsibilities
- Assist Service Manager with supervision and management of commercial service work and installations
- Assist in the mentoring, training and support for field Service Technicians
- Actively contribute to developing best practices and standard operating procedures
- Dedicated to continuous improvement in quality, cost, communication and to building long-term relationships internally and externally
Responsibilities
- High attention to detail and strong communication with MPSW-Phoenix, working remotely from home and/or job sites.
- Perform AAON OEM Factory Start-ups, warranty repairs and commissioning support.
- Assist and train controls contractor and owner during site BMS integration.
- Schedule prestart-up site walks with construction teams and communicate all start-up and commissioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and new service partners and technicians.
- Submit warranty claims and coordinate all field repairs for project close out.
- When required, travel to jobsites for equipment inspections, delayed start-up and installation support.
- Review submittals, sequences and field installed controls/accessories with installation contractor.
- Perform reactive service when required, complete diagnostics and estimate repairs
- Perform owner training, commissioning support and technical support for each project.
- Complete all service reports, submitting daily notes and project close out.
- Review AAON service bulletins, develop and implement solutions when required.
- Maintain all safety training and compliance for all duties and site requirements.
The Required Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in the construction field in similar and/or related position; or equivalent combination of education and experience in commercial HVAC service
- Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record and passport
- Must be able to pass various background checks for working in our client’s environment.
- Works independently and proficiently, in a team-based environment, sharing information and workload.
- Operate at high level to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with mechanical service repair estimating and itemized quotes or proposals.
- Exceptional communication skills, Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment submittal data and Operations and Maintenance manuals
- Fluent in all aspects of mechanical construction plans and documents
- Mix of field and office experience helpful
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Remote office work environment

Environmental Requirements
Will be required to work in a field environment, multiple customer sites on a daily basis.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
