As Manager Medical Innovations, you will play a key role in translating scientific insights, emerging trends, and unmet clinical needs into innovative nutrition solutions that improve patient care and support long-term business growth.

Working in a highly collaborative global environment, you will partner with experts across R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial functions to bring new ideas from concept to implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive innovation projects from concept development through preclinical validation and implementation
• Translate scientific evidence and clinical insights into innovative, patient-focused product concepts
• Develop scientific rationales that support product design, evidence generation, regulatory dossiers, and medical communications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and commercial relevance
• Identify emerging scientific trends, competitive developments, and new innovation opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts, research institutions, and healthcare professionals
• Contribute to publication strategies, scientific congress activities, and medical-scientific communications
• Drive project execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely and successful delivery

Your Profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Food Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Experience in Medical Innovation, R&D, or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or medical nutrition industry
• Strong understanding of clinical and preclinical development, scientific evidence generation, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in an international matrix organization
• Strong scientific, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent English
