As a Staff Engineer Maintenance Die Attach in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Together, we make reliability our strongest asset. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive
and enhance preventive maintenance strategies to ensure equipment safety,
maximize availability and reliability, and maintain high-quality performance. Lead
Assembly sustaining maintenance teams and technicians in executing scheduled
maintenance activities effectively and on time. Develop
and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for manufacturing equipment,
while defining spare parts lifespan and consumption rates. Manage
maintenance expenditures to sustain equipment at optimal performance levels. Lead
the implementation and management of PM kits within the SAP system to ensure
spare parts availability, optimize inventory costs, and improve maintenance
resource efficiency. Establish
and continuously improve setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guidelines to
ensure reliable equipment uptime. Collaborate
with EE, UPE, and QE teams to ensure maintenance procedures and schedules are
available, updated, and consistently adhered to. Analyze
equipment failures and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring
breakdowns. Ensure
critical spare parts are available in the appropriate quantities to support
uninterrupted equipment operation. Drive
technical team certification in accordance with established competency models. Leverage
past maintenance improvement initiatives to accelerate equipment stabilization
and establish governance standards for new machine performance optimization. Implement
APC applications with defined use cases to improve equipment stability,
establish leading indicators, and strengthen customer protection measures. Drive
the deployment and implementation of BE Maintenance systematic practices
through site BPI initiatives. Establish
and implement structured competency development, enhancement, and improvement
programs for the technical team. Provide
training and certification support to technical personnel based on the defined
competency framework. Drive
the implementation of an electronic recording system for maintenance
documentation and record management. Improve
manufacturing yield performance and sustain equipment under stable and
optimized production conditions. Manage
shopfloor operations to ensure manufacturing discipline and achieve
best-in-class 5S standards. Drive
Assembly and Backend yield improvement initiatives, enhance process stability,
improve equipment OEE, and oversee overall equipment maintenance systems. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE)
requirements, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards, across module
operations. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a m inimum 1 year
of experience in DA maintenance. Strong background
and practical experience in DA Operations with solid manufacturing knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership capability, initiative, and a strong can-do mindset to drive task completion. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and people-oriented management approach. Demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards, while fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams that operate efficiently, effectively, productively, and cost-effectively. Self-motivated,
energetic, and positive individual with strong lateral thinking and sound decision-making
capabilities. Results-oriented

of mechanical engineering and manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production
processes. Strong statistical

identify potential issues and challenges and implement timely solutions. Proficient in structured
problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, and Fishbone
Analysis. Knowledgeable of
the latest equipment and technology trends, with the ability to enhance and upgrade
existing equipment to meet business requirements. Good understanding
of existing equipment capabilities, new package introductions, and production ramp-up
activities. Demonstrates trust
