Homeownership is one of the most significant financial decisions most people will ever make. A growing mortgage lending company in Youngstown, Ohio needs a Loan Officer who can build relationships, generate their own business and guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence and expertise from application to closing.
You will build and maintain a self-generated book of business, develop referral partnerships with real estate agents and builders, analyze client financials, present appropriate loan programs and manage a strong pipeline from application through closing.
What you need to bring:
- Active NMLS license and strong knowledge of current mortgage industry regulations
- 1 to 2 or more years of experience as a Loan Officer with a proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close mortgage loans independently
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and products
- Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
