We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about serving the Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina communities. Our team provides essential primary care services through a network of community clinics and mobile health units, caring for uninsured and Medicaid populations. Position Highlights:
- Locations: Hampton Roads VA and Northeast North Carolina
- Part-Time: 20 hours/ 0.5 FTE
- Working from Mobile Care RV providing direct primary care services to children and adults in underserved communities
- Treat family medicine, pediatrics, and adults with complex issues
- Shared call schedule, with RN first call
- Co-manage patients with a diverse care team to include, but not limited to, RN, Counselors, Care Management, and other team members to improve our patients’ health holistically.
- Review quality and outcome metrics monthly with the healthcare team
- Collaborate with local civic and faith-based leaders on community education programs
- Experience working in a FQHC or Community Health Center, or post-masters training in Community Health Care would be of great benefit to the practice
- 1+ year APP experience required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $100,900.80 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
