Description
Davies Talent Solutions is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is primarily a delivery-focused role with responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across insurance, banking and wider regulated markets. Consultants will manage intake calls, stakeholder engagement, candidate attraction, assessment, offer management and successful placement delivery. In addition to supporting existing client accounts and live vacancies, consultants will be expected to gradually develop their own client relationships, generate new opportunities and contribute to business growth. Successful individuals will become recognized Subject Matter Experts within their chosen market vertical.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead client intake calls and vacancy briefings to fully understand hiring requirements and expectations.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists through proactive sourcing, networking, headhunting and talent mapping.
• Manage candidate interviews, feedback, offer negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Become a subject matter expert within a defined insurance, banking or regulated market specialism. • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring insights to clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive business development activity.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure additional vacancies.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ATS records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Business Development Expectations
• While this is not a traditional 360 recruitment role, Senior Recruitment Consultants are expected to contribute to business growth by building their own network and developing new client opportunities. Consultants will inherit and support existing client demand while also being encouraged to generate new relationships, vacancy opportunities and long-term partnerships over time.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Experience within insurance, banking or financial services is advantageous
