As a Pricing Coordinator, you'll support pricing operations across our UK & Ireland business, coordinating pricing activities, maintaining accurate data, and acting as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance, and our customers.

What you'll do
In this role, you’ll support pricing operations and gain hands-on experience across pricing processes:
Collaborate with our UK & Ireland teams to support pricing activities.
Support the preparation of customer price lists, quotations, and pricing communications.
Maintain accurate pricing data within ERP and CRM systems, ensuring strong data integrity, audit trails and consistent record keeping.
Analyse pricing data, prepare business reports and support scenario planning to help inform commercial decision-making.
Act as a key link between Sales, Commercial, Finance and customers, helping to ensure effective communication and smooth execution of pricing activities.
Interact directly with customers where required, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance pricing processes and ways of working.
Who we're looking for
Developing professional (with around 3-5 years’ experience) with exposure to finance, data analysis, commercial support, or reporting environments.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and numbers.
Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with formulas, lookups, filters, and pivot tables.
Experience using ERP, CRM, or similar business systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
Good communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally with both internal stakeholders and customers.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
