PREMIUM ACCOUNT GROUP ADMINISTRATOR (VOICE)
Have you ever spotted a small discrepancy on an invoice before it became a much bigger problem? Some people have a natural instinct for it, a sharp eye for detail, a nose for anything that does not quite add up, and the discipline to chase it down until it is resolved. If that sounds like you, this role puts that instinct to work every day. You will be working on behalf of a long standing Australian client in the glass repair and replacement industry, supporting their Premium Account Group function. At Acquire Intelligence, we invest in our people and build careers, not just fill roles. Your work will have a direct impact on the accuracy and health of some of the client's most important accounts.
Role Snapshot
The Premium Account Group Administrator manages a portfolio of key client accounts, covering invoicing compliance, SLA monitoring, portal management, and cash reconciliation. The role is predominantly back office, with regular phone contact with branches and clients as required. The role may carry a specialist focus in one or more areas such as customer service, invoicing, payroll, purchasing, service recovery, or workforce planning, with multi skilling across these areas expected over time. Coverage is a confirmed day shift of 8:00am–5:00pm AEST (Sydney/Melbourne time, adjusting automatically with Australian daylight saving).
Key Responsibilities
Account & SLA Management
• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as a reliable point of contact for account related matters, by phone and in writing.
• Monitor SLA adherence and proactively flag any risk of a missed commitment.
• Maintain client portal requirements accurately and on time. Invoicing & Reconciliation
• Ensure invoices are accurate and issued in line with contractual and business rules.
• Identify and escalate potential revenue leakage before it becomes a bigger issue.
• Ensure all cash is collected, reconciled, and accounted for on a timely basis. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
• Apply a quality control mindset to every account and transaction handled.
• Bring a 'thinking outside the square' approach to improving existing processes.
• Escalate issues appropriately rather than guessing, following the correct process each time.
Qualifications & Experience Essential
• Strong commercial acumen, able to identify pricing issues, missed chargeables, and revenue leakage.
• Quality control focus, reviewing branch activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Good customer and client knowledge, understanding account specific requirements and invoicing rules.
• Excellent attention to detail, catching errors before they impact customers or payment.
• Strong problem solving, resolving invoice rejections, portal issues, and unusual requests.
• Sound understanding of process compliance against contractual and client obligations.
• Confident navigating multiple client portals and business systems.
• Strong relationship management, working collaboratively with branches, account managers, and clients.
• Professional communication skills, producing clear client communications and escalation requests in writing, and comfortable handling calls when required.
Desirable
• Accounting or reconciliation knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or statistical reporting.
