What You’ll Do
- Load and operate vessels and mills to ensure consistent quality and safe equipment operation
- Set up equipment and adjust process controls according to batch card specifications
- Inspect and clean vessels, mills, tools, and work areas before and after production
- Monitor batch status using computer systems and identify process deviations
- Record production and process data for traceability and performance tracking
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Collect product samples and deliver them to Quality Control for testing
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials and finished goods
- Weigh raw materials and containers using calibrated scales to meet production specifications

You’ll be successful if you have:
- Strong attention to detail when following batch cards and quality standards
- Consistent adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under general supervision and manage time effectively
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
No formal education or prior experience is required. Training is provided.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This role is performed in a manufacturing environment and requires:
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
- Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift, with frequent reaching and handling of materials
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs. and frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Routine use of hand tools, air-powered tools, milling equipment, and cleaning solvents
- Strict adherence to PPE due to potentially hazardous conditions
