Job Summary
The Football Weight Room Manager will work with the Director of FB Strength & Conditioning to support daily weight-room operations and monitor proper exercise technique and safety.
Note: This is a part-time contract position

What You’d Be Responsible For
- Set up, organize, and clean training equipment before and after workouts.
- Collect and record athlete performance data, including strength, speed, jump, and conditioning results.
- Support the strength and conditioning staff with athlete supervision, recovery sessions, program administration, and daily facility operations.
- Monitor safety and weight-room expectations
What Qualifies You to Apply?
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Work experience in elite level collegiate or professional athletic strength & conditioning
- Willingness to uphold and live by the university's Honor Code
- All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend, which may be verified during the application process.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related field
- Experience working with elite football athletes at the collegiate or professional level
- Certification in strength and conditioning (CSCS or CSCSa) or obtained with 6 months of employment
- Valid BLS/CPR/AED
