Project Manager, eCOA

Location: Romania, home-based

Job Overview

Maintains and validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

  • Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance 

  • Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis

  • Participates and travel to Investigator Meetings when appliable (10% travel)

  • Leads system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicates costs and timelines as appropriate.

  • Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stake holders to determine solutions/next steps

  • Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials and change order as needed

  • Tracks trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support

  • Supports quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM

  • Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management in digital health or software lifecycle/development

  • eCOA experience preferred

  • Good understanding of clinical research

  • Proficient use of MS office, excel PPT

  • Excellent collaboration and organisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations

  • Excellent Project Management skills
