Description
Purpose of the Position
Supporting the delivery of projects and programs by performing operational, administrative, and coordination tasks under the supervision of experienced Project Managers, while gradually taking on responsibility for independently managing small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Managing low-complexity, low-budget local projects throughout their full lifecycle, independently or with support from experienced Project Managers, including:
managing the project schedule, budget, and stakeholders
coordinating the work of the project team
monitoring and reporting progress in the project
ongoing management of changes and risks in the project
Carrying out operational and administrative tasks, including:
preparing project materials, e.g. status updates, presentations, and summaries
supporting the organization of project meetings and workshops
maintaining and updating project documentation
Collaborating with project team members, business partners, and suppliers
Applying applicable project processes and methodologies
Requirements
Higher education degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree
Basic knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), at least theoretical
Basic knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Understanding of basic technology concepts, e.g. application components, dev/test/prod environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Openness to collaboration in project teams
Willingness to learn and develop qualifications
Willingness to take on challenges
Ability to plan and organize work
Teamwork and responsibility for assigned tasks
Initiative, creativity, and engagement
Orientation toward project and organizational goals
English language skills — minimum B1 level
Nice to Have
Experience in project management, ideally including IT projects
