FTC 3 months
Full time 37.5 hours
Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: from £26,500 per annum DOE

As our M&A Executive, you'll be part of a team that assists in portfolio management and helps assess growth opportunities across the business. You'll support on different variety of transactions including divestments and acquisitions. Working alongside experienced M&A professionals, you'll gain exposure to commercial analysis, project management and strategic decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with project delivery and is looking to develop a career in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development or strategic finance.
How you’ll help us make health happen
As our M&A Executive, you'll:
Coordinate administrative activities across live transactions
Maintain opportunity trackers, risk and consideration logs and activity logs on transactions, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare status reports on transactions
Monitor and report on transaction costs, budgets and forecasts.
Support project teams with data room management, site visits and transaction administration.
Support the M&A team in identifying and assessing acquisition, partnership and joint venture opportunities.
Help develop and manage acquisition pipelines and market opportunity research.
Review potential opportunities and prepare concise reports and recommendations.
Support financial and commercial assessments of acquisition opportunities.
Maintain strong governance and ensure activities are completed in line with Bupa policies and procedures.
Contribute to a high-performing team and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key skills and responsibilities needed for this role
Previous experience in Project Administration is required
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good business acumen
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Experience managing multiple priorities, strong organisational skills and meeting deadlines is essential.
Confidence building relationships with colleagues from different teams and levels of the organisation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
An interest in M&A acquisitions
