Job Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the US and Canada
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages to generate interest
- Handle replies and qualify prospects
- Book meetings for the sales or leadership team
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
- Track outreach performance and meeting conversions
- Work with leadership to improve messaging and targeting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Self motivated, target driven, and organized
