ITC Collections & Dispute Management Sr Analyst - is responsible for managing and overseeing end to end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collection and dispute function for specific business MRCs and markets
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Orthopaedics business. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.
Position Description:
Purpose:
The Invoice to Cash Coordinator for Reports, controls and Reserves team is responsible for all activities related to ITC reports, controls and reserves aligned with the policies and procedures in JnJ at regional and multisector scope. This position must support the internal customers for strategic decisions and analysis from an operational perspective.
You will be responsible for:
Main activities:
- Coordinate the analysis and calculation of reserves by quarters and estimation exercises aligned with the JnJ policies and procedures
- Provide time and quality reporting support to the I2C function of the monthly actuals i.e.: AR, Past due, DSO, Disputes, reserves and other I2C KPIs, while making sure the information is consistent and aligned with the different platforms (Bravo – SAP - Genesis)
- Provide early warnings on reserves results and latest estimates to different stakeholders to drive actions in advance and help to mitigate risks or capture opportunities
- Reserves and Reports: Support on driving standardization and process improvement at regional and multisector level
- Process review and special Projects: Support analyses of different initiatives and ITC projects, driving improvements and creating new ways of working as needed
- Assure the audit controls are related and support the internal and external audit requirements
- Support and connect with internal Stakeholders (Collections, Finance, Compliance, ATR, Taxes, Credit) to build positive long-term relationships.
- Perform and support the financial closings.
- Perform other work-related duties.

Qualifications:
- Professional Experience in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economy, or other Business-related areas.
- Knowledge in ITC process (Credit/Cash App/Collections/Disputes/ Reports) or financial & Control analysis including policies and procedures.
- Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives is considered a strong differentiating capability.
- English language proficiency desired (>50%).
- Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools management.
- Knowledge in Tableau, Power Query, Power BI, and/or Alteryx tools are considered a differential capability.
- Experience in AR and SAP modules.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Required skills:
· End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management), with extensive expertise in the latter (Collections/Dispute Management) and preferably in the same Industry as J&J – Healthcare/Pharma – Preferred.
- Ability to interpret and translate information and data.
