Front Counter Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the automotive center
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments for automotive services
• Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate department
• Assist with inventory management and ordering automotive parts as needed
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle makes and models
• Proficiency with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
