Oversee inventory levels of selected product portfolio (co-packing) to guarantee timely availability, optimal quantity, and freshness. Implementing a cost-effective and time-efficient planning approach aligned with the company's business plan. Ensuring an adequate supply of stock to the local distribution network to fulfill customer orders and related demands, aiming to achieve sales targets, enhance customer service, maximize profit, and optimize inventory by maintaining high product availability at efficient costs.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Coordinate supply and co-packing planning activities while fostering strong connections with various departments such as Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Category Planning.
- Utilize forecast plans and inventory policies to oversee replenishment of assigned product groups, aiming to minimize short shelf-life risks, reduce costs, and maximize product availability within optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Demand Fulfillment team and Pack Material suppliers to establish and agree upon optimal stock levels for allocated product portfolios (FG and pack materials).
- Manages the implementation of packaging shipment plans required for co-packing in collaboration with factories and external manufacturers, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensures that all purchase orders (POs) are issued on time.
- Works in close collaboration with Demand Planning, Demand Fulfilment Analysts, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that the required volumes for co-packing projects are available in the right quantity, at the right time, and with the appropriate shelf life.
- Works closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to execute the monthly planning process for ongoing and future co-packing projects. Monitors the forecast against actual achievements and makes necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
- Acts as the liaison between the commercial business unit and the third-party logistics provider (3PL).
- Coordinates the weekly planning and execution prioritization activity for co-packing projects together with the logistics provider.
- Resolves any discrepancies or stock level differences with the factories through the DFA.
- Prepares all necessary information and a replenishment analysis monthly to highlight risks and opportunities during the meeting with the Commercial department.
- Identify and address issues related to slow-moving products during stakeholder meetings.
- Submit KPI reports promptly to identify challenges and facilitate smooth communication within Customer Service and Logistics.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance tools, reports, and processes.
- Conduct simulations to optimize SKU coverage and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage stock coverage during sales activities and provide reason codes for product unavailability driven by production/logistic issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of seasonal products such as those for Christmas and Easter to align with commercial plans.
- Develop both routine and ad-hoc supply-related reports for local stakeholders.
What you will bring

- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint
- Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on priorities and improving the plan
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
