Senior Manager, Client Success

Lead the team behind our most important asset: our client relationships.

At NetGain Technologies, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Client Success to lead the team responsible for creating exceptional client experiences, driving retention, and helping our clients get the most value from their technology investments.

This role is ideal for a leader who loves coaching people, building strong client partnerships, and turning strategy into results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver a world-class client experience.
• Support executive business reviews and strategic client conversations.
• Help resolve complex client issues and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Develop processes and best practices that help clients and teams succeed.
• Serve as a Client Success Manager for a couple of key accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading client success, account management, or customer success teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can balance client needs with business objectives.
• Experience in technology, managed services, SaaS, or a related industry is preferred.
