About the role

You will respond to estates emergencies, manage work through our Service Desk/CAFM system and help ensure issues are resolved safely and effectively.

You will also coordinate and monitor contractors, including access, inductions, RAMS and permits to work, and ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You will be expected to take ownership of your workload, identify and address risks and defects proactively and, when required, provide day-to-day operational coordination of Estates activities in the absence of the Estates Operations Manager
