Field Service Engineer

Overview

KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching for a Field Service Engineer to support our customers across Pakistan, ensuring our dosing and application systems operate efficiently, reliably, and safely. 

location: Lahore (Pakistan)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on engineering, automation, customer interaction, and problem-solving in a dynamic field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid dosing and application systems at customer sites.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional technical support and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct site surveys and translate customer needs into practical application solutions.
• Support product trials and work closely with Sales Managers to optimize customer results.
• Deliver operator training and ensure customers get the most value from Kemin's solutions.
• Manage installation and service projects, including planning, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute innovative ideas.
• Represent Kemin at customer meetings, seminars, workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5-10 years of experience in an industrial environment. 
• 3-5 years of experience with liquid dosing systems and feed mill processes. 
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, electrical schematics, PLCs, and SCADA systems (Siemens preferred). 
• Ability to independently install, service, and maintain technical application systems. 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. 
• Fluent Urdu, English should be on communicative level. 
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.
