Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives and ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Sales.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise resource planning systems and their integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Sales.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
