Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to align with organizational needs, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the application environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support within packaged or cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement solutions to optimize stability and efficiency.
- Experience in collaborating with technical and business teams to align application features with organizational goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
