## DESCRIPTION
The Online Trading Executive for Retailer.com/PP/ Brand.com is responsible for supporting the daily operations of online retail partnerships and brand.com, contributing to the success of new launches, product listings, promotions, and online sales initiatives. This role works closely with internal and external teams to ensure that e-commerce activities are executed efficiently, contributing directly to the brand’s online sales and customer satisfaction across retailer sites and Pure Play platforms.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:
Sales & Reporting:
- Support the execution of sales strategies across online platforms, assisting with tracking and reporting of performance.
- Assist in compiling sales reports, performance data, and customer insights, contributing to strategy refinements.
- Monitor and help optimize sales data and ensure that the brand meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
Retailer Coordination & Stock Management:
Assist with website updates, ensuring product listings, promotions, and banners are accurately reflected on retailer and Pure Play sites.
Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring product availability across key online platforms.
Support stock allocation processes, helping with the delivery tracking and troubleshooting any stock-related issues.
Communicate with retailer teams to ensure timely execution of promotions and new product launches.
Website Management & Content Support:
- Support the implementation of updates to Brand.com, ensuring product listings, promotions, and offers are presented accurately and timely.
- Work with the content management system (CMS) to upload content and troubleshoot any issues across the site.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online content with ongoing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Campaign Execution & Marketing Support:
- Help implement online retailer campaigns and support the creation of promotional content for retailer websites.
- Assist in the monitoring of key metrics (such as traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to evaluate campaign success and suggest optimizations.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the calendar for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Project Support:
- Provide support for the execution of new product launches and special campaigns, assisting with tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with post-launch analysis by helping gather data and providing feedback to improve future projects.
## WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis tools.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A results-driven mindset, focused on contributing to online sales performance and customer engagement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the team in achieving goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in online retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing is desirable.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic data reporting tools.
- A background in marketing, business, or related fields is beneficial.
