We are currently looking for a Equipment Operator 1 to join the Quail West team!

Summary: The Equipment Operator 1 will exhibit proficiency in all tasks associated with the daily care and maintenance of a private upscale golf course. Knows how to operate and care for the equipment that goes into the daily maintenance of a golf course.
- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Pay rate: $17.50/hour

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates a walk or riding mower to cut grass on and around the golf course.
- Operates tractor to haul materials and fertilize grounds.
- Operates loader to move materials, such as dirt or sand, from one area to another.
- Responsible for current goals and objectives of department and accurate implementation of daily work objectives.
- Will energetically support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout multi-course operation.
- Will assist in training, supporting, and coaching all activities of the staff.
- Will perform all duties of Equipment Operator 1 with excellence but not be limited to these tasks.
- Will perform all duties in a safe operating manner while wearing all required safety equipment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Requires lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds.
- The nature of the position requires the individual to spend long periods of time on their feet, walking, standing, and stooping.
