Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models to enhance system capabilities. Additionally, the role may involve exploring various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis to create innovative and efficient AI-driven products. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects of daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and implementing AI pipelines in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
- Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
- Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
- Skilled in ensuring production readiness of AI applications including testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
