Product Owner Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Product Owner role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Represent stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions according to Scrum methodology.
• Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.
• Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this vision to the development team.
• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications following agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Monitor and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog to address key business needs.
• Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
• Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs).
• Make decisions or arbitrate delivered functionalities.
• Conduct live adjustments and follow-up on Sprints Backlog.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Fluent
• French: Fluent
• English: Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language

Education:

Master or equivalent based on demonstrable experience.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Business experience: Knowledge of the BNPP group, knowledge of the department’s business environment, expertise in agile methodologies, budget management, project management, credit experience
