Description

A leading international trust and fiduciary services provider is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the administration of complex trust and corporate structures while delivering high-quality service to international private clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in the administration of a portfolio of trust and corporate clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, intermediaries, and other professional advisors
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, corporate documentation, and trust records
  • Assist with document execution, payment preparation, drafting resolutions, and meeting minutes
  • Support the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
  • Prepare internal and external client correspondence and documentation
  • Manage the opening, maintenance, and closure of custodian and bank accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records within internal management systems
  • Assist with client structure closures, transfers, and restructuring processes
  • Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives as required
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a trust company, fiduciary services provider, private office, or corporate services environment
  • Good knowledge of trust and company administration processes
  • Understanding of fiduciary, corporate, and regulatory requirements affecting international private clients
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and investment products
  • STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Business Central or similar client management systems is an advantage
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and client-focused with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic international team
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
