As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Transport Operations Manager to help lead our transportation team and drive operational success.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Drivers and Dispatchers.
- Oversee daily fuel transportation and delivery operations.
- Optimize routes, schedules, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Resolve transportation and customer service issues.
- Visit driver locations and maintain strong relationships with transportation employees.
- Participate in the transport on-call rotation and provide backup dispatch support as needed.
- Partner with leadership to drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Starting pay at $75,000 annually

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of transportation, logistics, dispatch, or related operations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of transportation operations and DOT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation-related software systems.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Experience in fuel, petroleum, or bulk transportation operations.
