What you'll do...
Role summary:In this role, you will report to the Decision Sciences team within Walmart Health and Wellness. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and business definition of reusable enterprise analytics products that power insights, reporting, AI, and business decision-making across Health & Wellness. You will partner closely with business leaders, analytics, architecture, engineering, and technology product teams to translate business needs into scalable data analytics and reporting capabilities. You'll work on-site at our offices in Bentonville, AR.

What you'll do:
- Embrace the H&W data analytics culture and champion our standards for data quality, reusable data foundation, privacy, best practices, and continuous learning to improve enterprise analytics capabilities.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for reusable analytics assets that enable reporting, analytics, AI Assistants, and enterprise decision-making.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into clearly defined insights, certified metrics, semantic models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate business requests to determine whether capabilities should be delivered as reusable enterprise analytics products or localized analytical solutions, maximizing long-term enterprise value.
- Lead cross-functional discovery sessions to evaluate business needs, existing data assets, and problem and solution framing to standardize metrics, increase enterprise reuse, and expand self-service.
- Partner with Data Analytics, Architecture, Engineering, and Data Product teams to ensure end-to-end feasibility of data and analytics assets.
- Drive adoption of certified metrics and self-service insights by partnering with business leaders and analytics teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Foster a culture of data privacy, governance, and enterprise stewardship by ensuring product decisions comply with Walmart Health & Wellness policies and regulatory requirements.
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, business analytics strategy, data architecture, data/analytics product management, or related disciplines. • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Applied Math/Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields in applied data analysis. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced data analytics using SQL and/or Python. • 5+ years of experience translating complex business problems into strategically scoped and framed analytics roadmaps and requirements. • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, certified metrics, data governance, and modern analytics platforms. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
