Job Summary
Comcast is seeking a senior leader to help shape and accelerate enterprise AI transformation across the company’s highest-priority business areas. This is a highly visible role with significant executive exposure and the opportunity to influence how one of the world’s leading media, technology, and connectivity companies applies AI to transform how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how value is delivered to customers, employees, and the business.Job Description
As part of the AI Strategy & Transformation team, you will partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to identify high-value opportunities, define future-state operating models, and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable business impact. The focus of the role will evolve as enterprise priorities shift, requiring a leader who can quickly ramp across domains, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and lead teams through complex, ambiguous transformation efforts.
Job Description
AI is reshaping how large companies operate, compete, and create value. This role is designed for a leader who is energized by that shift and capable of helping senior leaders move beyond experimentation toward meaningful transformation.
You will lead efforts that go beyond individual AI use cases, focusing instead on how AI can fundamentally improve business processes, operating models, decision-making, employee productivity, and customer outcomes. You will work across business, product, technology, data, and functional teams to frame opportunities, align stakeholders, build transformation roadmaps, and drive execution.
Success requires a rare combination of strategic clarity, business judgment, AI fluency, and operational discipline. You should be comfortable advising executives, structuring ambiguous problems, translating complex AI concepts into business language, and guiding teams from early-stage ideas to adopted, scalable outcomes.
This is not a theoretical strategy role. The mandate is to help the business act: to clarify where AI matters most, define what needs to change, and ensure transformation efforts are practical, executable, and owned by the business.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for advancing enterprise AI transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, pace, and high standards
Partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to identify where AI can meaningfully reshape business processes, operating models, decision-making, customer experiences, and employee workflows
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shift the conversation from incremental productivity improvements to more fundamental transformation opportunities
Structure ambiguous business challenges, translate emerging AI capabilities into practical enterprise applications, and develop actionable strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans
Design and facilitate executive and cross-functional working sessions that drive alignment on ambition, priorities, operating-model implications, ownership, and execution approach
Build strong relationships across business, product, technology, data, finance, legal, HR, and other functions to reduce duplication, surface dependencies, resolve barriers, and maintain momentum
Ensure transformation outputs are practical, decision-ready, and usable by business teams, with clear sequencing, measures of success, adoption plans, and business ownership
Stay closely connected to external AI trends, peer-company moves, emerging operating models, and the broader AI ecosystem, and champion responsible, pragmatic AI adoption that balances ambition with risk, feasibility, governance, and change-management considerations
Qualifications
15+ years leading strategy, transformation, operating-model redesign, AI strategy, or enterprise change initiatives in large, complex organizations
Strong understanding of AI in an enterprise context, including practical use cases, emerging capabilities, operating-model implications, adoption challenges, and tradeoffs across tools, platforms, and approaches
Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
Strong problem-structuring, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and translate strategy into action
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, set a high bar for quality, and create an environment of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
Intellectual curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset, with a demonstrated interest in staying current on AI, technology, business model innovation, and organizational transformation
Ability to operate with pace, flexibility, and resilience as priorities evolve
The strongest candidates will bring experience from a top-tier consulting firm, significant experience leading business transformation or AI initiatives at Fortune 100 companies, or an equivalent track record of driving enterprise-scale change.
