1.ポジション概要

日立エナジージャパンのService事業では、日立エナジーの製品・設備をお客様のもとで安全かつ確実に稼働し続けるためのサービスを提供しています。Project Managerは、受注から現地作業完了までプロジェクト全体を統括し、技術・商務・スケジュールのバランスを取りながら、お客様と社内をつなぐ重要な役割を担っています。国内外のエンジニア、工場、サービスチームなど多様な関係者と連携しながら、社会インフラを支える大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトを推進します。

本インターンシップでは、電力インフラを支えるサービスプロジェクトの運営を通じて、プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎から実践までを学んでいただきます。プロジェクトの進行管理や課題解決を支援しながら、多くの関係者を巻き込みながら成果を創出するProject Managerの役割を体験いただけます。

2.主な業務内容

  • サービスプロジェクトの進捗管理およびスケジュール管理のサポート
  • プロジェクトにおける課題やリスクの整理・分析
  • プロジェクト関連データの収集、整理および報告資料の作成
  • 国内外のエンジニア、工場、サービスチームとのコミュニケーション支援
  • お客様や社内関係者との調整業務のサポート
  • 実際のプロジェクト事例を通じたプロジェクトマネジメント手法の理解
  • 技術・商務・スケジュールを総合的に考慮した意思決定プロセスの学習

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will support project progress monitoring and schedule management for service projects.

2. You will assist in identifying, organizing, and analyzing project issues and risks.

3. You will collect and organize project-related data and prepare reports and presentation materials.

4. You will support communication and coordination with engineers, factories, and service teams in Japan and overseas.

5. You will assist in coordinating activities with customers and internal stakeholders.

6. You will learn project management methodologies through exposure to real project cases.

7. You will develop an understanding of decision-making processes that balance technical, commercial, and scheduling considerations.

8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Passion for creating new values and taking on challenges proactively.

3. Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to organize ideas logically.

4. Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative in learning and problem-solving.

5. Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical engineering.

6. Interest in and willingness to communicate in English (reading, listening, writing, and speaking).

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
