We are seeking a Product Manager to support DTN's marine and offshore weather intelligence portfolio within the DTN Weather Hub platform. You will work with customers across offshore drilling and energy, cruise operations, commercial marine, dredging, and project-based maritime operations—each with distinct operational workflows, risk tolerances, and commercial pressures.

- Help prioritize product and engineering investments by synthesizing customer pain points, capability gaps, product performance data, competitive positioning, and strategic fit.
- Partner with engineering, data science, and meteorology teams to deliver marine-specific capabilities such as operational thresholds, fleet risk views, alerting intelligence, reporting, and post-event weather records.
- Participate in agile execution and backlog management by helping maintain clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and alignment between customer needs and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, customer success, and customers to support product adoption, Weather Hub ecosystem alignment, and successful migration from legacy solutions.
Operational Decision Support & Workflow
- Translate complex weather data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports operational decision-making across marine and offshore workflows
- Contribute to product experiences optimized for time-pressured operators, prioritizing clarity, speed, and ease of interpretation
- Support improvements to alerting relevance, configurability, and precision to ensure notifications are operationally meaningful across diverse asset types and fleet sizes
- Partner with engineering and data science to continuously improve how weather intelligence is surfaced, configured, and acted upon within Weather Hub
Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence
- Build working relationships with marine and offshore operations teams: fleet managers, Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), marine superintendents, port captains, and vessel masters
- Conduct regular discovery to understand operational workflows, decision-making processes, threshold logic, and commercial risk tolerance across segments
- Track market dynamics, competitor positioning, and regulatory developments affecting marine weather services
- Translate customer feedback into concrete, prioritized product requirements
Go-To-Market & Partnerships
- Support GTM planning for marine and offshore solutions in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success
- Contribute to ROI models and value narratives demonstrating revenue preservation, downtime reduction, and safety improvement from DTN's weather intelligence
- Support strategic relationships with maritime data providers, vessel tracking vendors, port information networks, and industry partners
