Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and services.
• Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React
• Solid experience in back-end development using Java
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to scalable system design and performance optimization.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
