You’ll partner with leaders and employees across Charter Hall to deliver practical, thoughtful people guidance that supports our business, strengthens our employee experience and helps our people perform at their best.
How you’ll make an impact
Partner with leaders and teams across the employee lifecycle - providing practical, thoughtful people guidance that supports a consistent and positive employee experience.
Support key people moments including onboarding, performance, talent reviews and remuneration cycles - helping leaders and employees navigate important milestones with clarity and confidence.
Embed clear people messaging across leadership teams - ensuring information is understood, applied consistently and connected to broader business priorities.
Drive systems and process improvement, including Workday optimisation - helping the People team scale effectively and improve the way we deliver support across Charter Hall.
Contribute to people projects and key talent initiatives - supporting work that strengthens capability, improves leader experience and helps Charter Hall continue to grow.
What you’ll bring to the team
Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
Customer focused with a genuine passion for curating memorable experiences and resolving people related issues
High level of self-awareness, and a growth mindset for continuous improvement
Ability to demonstrate empathy and discretion
Curiosity to understand the Charter Hall business and how we can further scale and grow
5 years plus HR experience ideally in a fast-paced environment
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Experience using Workday (an advantage)
